This guide has been created for prescribing veterinarians already using PetBooqz as their practice software and wish to cancel an eScript.

If you need to cancel an eScript to stop it from being dispensed by the pharmacy, click into the eScript record and click the Cancel button.

NOTE: If a script has already been dispensed and there are repeats associated with that script, you can still use the cancel button to cease all repeats associated with that script, e.g., no further dispenses can be made against that eScript.

Enter your Staff Password, Vet Registration Number and click OK.

This will cancel the script and update its status to Cancelled, which means it will no longer be dispensed on the pharmacy side.
