Vets Love Pets (VLP) Pharmacy is a VetScript-authorised online pharmacy that delivers to the animal owner's door. Sending an eScript to VLP works the same way as sending to any VetScript-authorised pharmacy.

Before you start: make sure VLP Pharmacy has been added to your practice's partner pharmacies (see Setting up VetScript in PetBooqz).

Create the eScript in your practice software as usual, with the patient and medication details.

When you select the pharmacy, choose Vets Love Pets (VLP) Pharmacy.

Set your billing. Because VLP handles payment and delivery with the animal owner directly, your practice usually charges a script fee only.

Submit the eScript. It is sent securely to VLP Pharmacy.

VLP Pharmacy contacts the animal owner to confirm the order and delivery details, and takes payment by phone or a secure payment link.

Medication is delivered to the animal owner. Orders confirmed before 11am are dispatched the same day, with express delivery available for urgent medication.

Repeats stay on file with VLP, so the animal owner can reorder easily.
